Terms of Service
The text below is a contractual agreement for the use of all the services of the www.ferrataguide.comserver and the Alpský Vůdce and Ferrata Guide mobile application. If any user breaks these terms, the Operator may apply the measures described below.
- www.ferrataguide.com is a database of via ferratas. It allows users to create a profile, mark ferratas as climbed, add photos, save ferratas to backpack, and more, all for free.
User interested in rating, adding photos to ferratas is obliged to create a user account within the www.ferrataguide.com service. To create an account user must enter a valid email address, which is the he / she owner of, real name and surname and password or can use third-party sign in service such as Facebook or Apple.

Use of www.ferrataguide.com service is free of charge.
The Operator is not responsible for:
possible malfunction, unavailability or poor availability
any damage or loss of data entered by the user
any leakage of user data
credibility of the information on the server (all registered users can upload information)
any other consequences of using the www.ferrataguide.com service.
The Operator will not provide information about the user to any third party service, except for sister applications and at the official request of the Police of the Czech Republic or of the Police of any other EU state.
The user agrees that the Operator can send to the user any e-mail containing information about the news about the service and about the news offered by sister services or about third party products.
The Operator reserves the right to delete any account:
which has been created to be forwarded to another user, whether for payment or not,
that was created to promote a third-party product,
which does an illegal activity or activity that is contrary to the generally accepted ethical and moral rules of society,
who has not given a real name or a real email,
whose user attempted to enter a foreign account without the owner's knowledge or tried to disrupt the stability of the service www.ferrataguide.com,
which does not otherwise comply with these Terms of Service.
The Operator reserves the right to delete any uploaded photo.
The Operator reserves the right to delete any uploaded information to the service www.ferrataguide.com - such as photographs that do not belong to the marked ferrata, advertising, etc.
The Operator processes personal data:
required to create profile: full name, email address, hash of the password,
data that the user can voluntarily fill in: date of birth, residence, hobbies and relationship,
and data related to the functionality and security of the site and the app: date and time of login, ip address, information about the device from which you are signing in.
If the user publishes his / her work, he / she agrees to distribute it through the Internet. The user guarantees that he / she is the owner of the work or has the author's consent. If a user uses a copyrighted work without the author's consent, it will be considered as a violation of these Terms of Service.
The user agrees that uploading photos to the service makes the photos a property of the Operator and can thus distribute them, for example, in the form of social network posts or to promote the service on the Internet or in any other electronic or physical form.
To use any textual or multimedia materials (texts, images, graphics, source code or any other content) from the portal requires written consent from the Operator.
The user has the right to request a copy of their data or to delete their account. If the user wishes to do so, he / she can contact the Operator at: info@ferrataguide.com.
The Operator reserves the right to change this Terms of Service even without prior notice.
